DELAWARE:

BRIDGEVILLE, Del. – Tuesday, October 31 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM for children 12 and under

BRIDGEVILLE, Del. – Tuesday, October 31 the Lions Club will host a Halloween party at the historical Society Park beginning at 8:00PM.

DEWEY BEACH, Del.- Friday, October 27 from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

DOVER, Del. - Tuesday, October 31 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

DOVER, Del. - The Dover Police Department says they will host their second annual Trick or Treat event on Friday, October 27 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM the Legislative Mall. Dover PD, The Downtown Dover Partnership, and the City of Dover decided to make the event an annual tradition in the days following the inaugural event, announcing that it will traditionally be held on the Friday preceding Halloween. All are invited to come out and enjoy this free event. Police cars, fire trucks, emergency equipment, local businesses, and organizations as costumed children Trick-or-Treat at each display. While there is no age limit to attend, Dover PD kindly request that only children 13 and under Trick-or-Treat. Costumes are not required for this event.

The following streets will be closed during this event: Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (North and South) from Legislative Avenue to Federal Street and Legislative Avenue and Federal Street between North and South Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

GEORGETOWN, Del. - Delaware State Police will host their third annual Trunk or Treat event on Monday, October 30 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Georgetown Division of Motor Vehicles. The address of the site is  23737 DuPont Boulevard. Families are invited to bring their children in costume for fun and safe event. At this free event, attendees can interact with local police, fire and EMS agencies while receiving safety information and treats in a safe trick or treat environment. Free hotdogs will be offered to the first 200 youth attending in costume. Prizes will be awarded for Best, Scariest, Cutest, Funniest and Most Original Costume's.

MILFORD, Del. – The Milford Police Department will host a city wide "trick or treat" event from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, October 31. The event will be held at Milford Parks and Recreation at 207 Franklin Street. All are invited to come out and have a good time.

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – Friday October 27- October 29 The Sea Witch Festival will be held in Rehoboth Beach. Trick or treating will take place at the festival from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

CRISFIELD, Md. - Tuesday, October 31 from 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM

CRISFIELD, Md. – The Crisfield Area Chamber of Commerce will host their annual Halloween Parade and party on Saturday, October 28from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, in Crisfield. The line-up for the parade will be in the Parking Lot at City Hall. The parade begins at 1:00PM and ends at Somers Cove Marina with Prizes for costumes, Trunk –or-Treating, Hot Dogs, snacks, pumpkins, and crafts. DELMAR, Md. - Tuesday, October 31 6:00 PM -8:00 PM for children 12 and under

EASTON, Md. - The Talbot County Department of Parks and Recreation will host "BOOnanza," a Halloween event, on Saturday, October 28 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Talbot County Community Center located at 10028 Ocean Gateway, in Easton. There will be games, a costume contests, ice skating, trick or treating, and more. The cost is $10 per child admission and $5 per adult if ice skating. Children wot years of age and under are free. All are invited to come have a Spooktacular time!

OCEAN PINES, Md. - There is no trick-or-treating in Ocean Pines for lack of streetlights.

OCEAN PINES, Md. - Saturday October 28 Ocean Pines will host a Fall Festival from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM in White Horse Park. The event will include a costume contest, pumpkin decorating, games, candy, refreshments, and hayrides.

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. - Tuesday, October 31 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. - The 4th Annual Halloween Block Party will be held at the Princess Anne Library on Tuesday, October 31 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The library is located at 11767 Beechwood Street in Princess Anne. All are invited to attend. The block party will have a photo booth, a hayride, food , games, crafts, and trunk-or-treating. If you are participating in the pumpkin judging, you are encouraged to bring your pumpkin already decorated. The Pumpkin judging begins at 7:30 PM. There will be prizes for best trunks and pumpkins.

POCOMOKE CITY, Md. - Tuesday, October 31 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM for children 12 and under

SALISBURY, Md. - Tuesday, October 31 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM for children 14 and under

SALISBURY, Md. – The 11th annual Trick or Treat Street is scheduled for Sunday, October 22 at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium. The event will be held from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and will be hosted by Froggy 99.9's Whiskey and Randy. Children are welcome to bring their own pumpkin to collect candy and other goodie, but bags will also be provided courtesy of Easter Seals. Costumes are encouraged for Trick or treat Street. In addition to free trick-or-treating, the event will also host free fall-themed photos and family activities. The Dunkin Donuts Community Cruiser will be on-site handing out free coffee samples and giving away prizes all afternoon.

SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury Jaycees will hold their 10th annual Treat Street safe Halloween trick-or-treating event on Tuesday, October 31, on the Salisbury Downtown Plaza. In the case of rain activities will move indoors to the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce Business Center located at 144 E. Main Street. The festivities begin at 6:00 PM with registration at the corner of West Main and North Division streets. Treat tables will be open on the Plaza from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with games, storytelling, local mascots, photo opportunities and other activities available from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Attractions include hands-on activities, face painting and a coloring area, as well as freshly popped popcorn presented by St. Francis de Sales Boy Scout Troop 185. Children must register that evening to participate. Registration is open for children through age 11. All children must wear costumes and be accompanied by an adult. Adults may dress up, but are encouraged to make their costumes non-scary and appropriate for young children. Admission is free and all are invited to attend.  

SHARPTOWN, Md. - Tuesday, October 31 from 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

SNOW HILL, Md. - The Worcester County Recreation and Parks staff will host "Track or Treat" on Friday, October 27, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, in Snow Hill. This family-fun event is open to children ages 12and under. This event will be held at the Worcester County Recreation Center located at 6030 Public Landing Road. Children are encouraged to come in their Halloweens costumes. This is a free event, but children must be accompanied by an adult.

ST. MICHAELS, Md. - Tuesday, October 31 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM for children 12 and under

WILLARDS, Md. - Tuesday, October 31 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

VIRGINIA:
